Beware of dubious and undocumented providers

Do not even bother using this website as they do not screen the providers properly. Reviews are also dubious as provider was not local, unprofessional, lacked basic understanding of the job and thereafter harasses me on a daily basis for further money and work. Our safety is now at risk as this person has been to our property. Next time I will rather pay extra to a registered company an not a fly-by-night provider.

I've escalated this to Kandua but received the following disclaimer - We do vetting of all our service providers by engaging with their previous customers in a bid to understand their capabilities regarding their services. We do go the extra mile of asking for their ID numbers but as stipulated here in the Homeowner User Agreement "Although we take care to supply information to Homeowners pertaining to Service Providers which we believe to be true. We do not guarantee the veracity of any information.
