Be very careful when using Kandua
Searched for a Fridge Repairer on Google and Kandua somehow got in touch with me via SMS and recommended a Repairer. Big mistake thought I was dealing with a professional company "Kandua" especially for the fact that Leroy Merlin is in partnership with them.
I used their recommended/vetted representative on the 19th of September 2022 to date I've not had a working fridge.
I tried contacting Kandua via all avenues available with no success.
PLEASE TAKE MY HARD AND EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT DON'T I REPEAT DON'T USE KANDUA's SERVICES.
I am also very disappointed in Leroy Merlin for being in Partnership with them. That makes me wonder how much they value their customers.

11 Oct 2022, 07:57It is amazing how businesses recommend someone or goes into partnership with them and then when thouse people who they have vetted and recommended do not perform and one comlains then the one who reccomended these businesses just scrugg their shoulders and state it is nothing to do with us you made the choice.
Well that is exactly what has happened here. Leroy Merlin reccomends Kandua in turn they reccomend someone and that person makes a mess of things then every one just shifts the blame onto you as a client.
So once again please, please be very careful when taking a roccoemndation from Either Leroy Merlin especially when it comes to Kandua.
