Bad Service from Kandua
I reached out to Kandua for repairs on my washing machine. Pro was recommended and fixed my machine. Asked him to look at my TV that was not working. Took the TV away and came back to me with a price .. Said to him it is too expensive, and he must return the TV. He has since disappeared with my TV and can't get hold of him. Kandua then tried and was not successful either. When asked what they are going to do about it they said they are only facilitating the pro's and i must take it up with the pro

Thank you for your feedback and we apologies for your experience. As per our terms and conditions, agreements made between the Home Owner and the Pro are done so without Kanduas knowledge. If your initial job request was for the washing machine and this job was completed then the second job of the tv repair was a verbal agreement between you and the Pro and Kandua has no baring on this. We assist where possible to mediate a situation between a Pro and a Home Owner, but with no information we cannot assist further. We suggest visiting the Pros profile and leaving your thoughts and comments on his site. A Pro with a low or negative rating is removed from the platform. We hope that this clarifies Kanduas side of the situation. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to reach out via our support line

29 Oct 2024, 13:29I also requested him to come back as the washing machine door is not closing properly. Part of the original job. The TV is a add on. I get that. What about the washing machine problem. And by the way this is the second bad service received from a pro recommended by you

In addition, Kandua is a connection tool that connects hoe owners with service providers, we offer Pros based on the service requested, what Pro you select to do the job is at your desecration and we have no baring on this. If a Pro (or Pros) have given you bad service we recommend that you leave a bad review and rating on the Pros profile. This will affect their rating and remove them from the platform should their rating drop below 4 stars, as well as advise other possible customers of the Pros actions.
