A disappointed Pro

I deposited money to buy credits via my nedbank app on the 09/06/23 til today it has not reflected and I tried to contact them via email and via WhatsApp but nothing seems to be working.

So I don’t know how do they expect us to work with them if they don’t respond or help us as their Pros
