Bad attitude

I bought a lounge suit recliner (which was supposed to be leather but turned out to be ****), the next day the one sitter recliner was not working, a week later the so called leather started making bubbles and peeled off, went to complain at the store and the owner told me it was my fault that I cleaned it with chemical and refused to take it back, which I still don't understand how one can clean a new couch with chemicals after being told how to do it by the owner of the shop. The owner Omar was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude and didn't want to give me a refund and take back the **** leather lounge suite that was sold to me.
