Kanaan dog food

We have been using the product for the last 1 year and a half.

But I must say the last 2 times I am very disappointed in this product.

In December I have ordered from your supplier in Centurion and the product was rotten and I have to drive all the way to get a new back.

Then this month a bought a new bag from your supplier in Kempton park and gest what I open it and again it was rotten.

Please see the photos attached of both cases.

This is very disappointing and I need a explanation and a refund on all my expenses.

Be sure that I am very disappointed in this product.
