Terrible customer service

So 12 years after the fact my husband has been contacted regarding a outstanding NSFAS loan.... I took over the communication as my husband prefers me to deal with it. How can a lawyer tell you that a diagnosed disability is your personal issue when that is a consideration for NSFAS accounts. These people are suppose to help and support you not belittle and bring you down. Shame on you.
