Ka~Mo Gae Louis Trichardt - false advertising and poor service

I made a booking through Bookings.com which filters the property as 'free cancellation'. However, when I cancelled the booking after making full payment, I was notified that it was non-refundable. I called the owner. I was unable to rebook the place and the owner did not want to refund me. There was a loss to me of R2800 plus. Very unhelpful and unhappy. Would not recommend.
