Amazing After-sales Service

I'd like to commend exceptional service

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A25 from Amazon in July 2024 and 19 months later it just stopped working. Would not connect to the internet. The mobile service provider, an independent technician and Samsung all believe the phone had been blocked. To get hold of Amazon.co.za is impossible, in spite of their self-praise about being available 24/7. The phone line doesn't work and neither does the the chat feature. Both channels seem permanently closed.

We finally managed to locate their supplier, Kari General Cell Phones. I sent him an note via amazon seller communication platform on Thursday and he phoned me within 20 Minutes. Mr Kamran Riaz arranged to collect the phone by courier that very afternoon and the next day I was told that they were replacing the phone with a brand new A26. This arrived on Sunday.

Unfortunately, as the original purchase was over a year ago, the window has closed to make a review on Amazon, but this efficient, amazing service deserves to be advertised.

Amazon, however, leave a lot to be desired.
