Consistently rude and arrogant!

My experience with them is bad, I find them consistently rude, arrogant and unhelpful.

I am not a professional photographer. I am looking for underwater accessories for frequently used camera brands. I have contacted them 2-or-so years ago for accessories and had the same rude unhelpful response.

By now I am so ****ed off that I actually go through the process of registering and writing a bad review😡!!!
