Weak Kambrook 4-slice toaster

We bought a 4-slice toaster a couple of weeks ago but the quality is very poor. We thought it would get better with time, but it is a very weak toaster. You have to put the bread in twice to get decent toast, and this is on the highest setting. Very disappointed for the money spent, over R800.
