Not happy at all

I bought a kambrook microwave, now I wish I came here first before buying. its only few days. The touch pad is very stiff I have to press hard to set time all buttons are stiff. I cant even understand their manual its really difficult to setup correct time to warm food. I regret buying this item. I will never recommend it to anyone.
