Lam room electronic pressure cooker

Guys your instruction manual on your electric pressure cooker is utterly useless. Cannot work out how to use the product. For chicken with 4/5 full it says 48 mins but the timer does not move above 25 mins. How the heck am I supposed to follow the instruction that says set it to 48 minutes???? No idea how the pressure thing works as does not build up pressure at all. Cannot find anything online that matches the model I bought... and I bought 2 of the damn things. All I can find online is a ton of comments saying the utterly useless instruction manual renders the product unusable. Should have stuck with a better know brand.
