Electric iron cable cord faulty

I got a Kambrook iron from Clicks August 2022 by May 2023 it had bust by the cable cord and I got it exchanged. That was less than a year of use. A year later, the second iron bust on the very same place😔. Unfortunately, this happened 12 months and 26 days later and I can’t get it exchanged. Not sure if there’s a fault by the cable cord or what’s happening but Yaa😔😔
