Kambrook Pressure cooker

I received a Kambrook pressure cooker at work as a gift a year ago I used it twice on the 7May I made soup in it and it exploded in my face I had to be rushed to hospital and now sitting with a face full of burnt marks, will not recommend their pressure cookers and don’t have faith in their appliances now anymore.
