Not hake that was served

We went to Kalky's on Aug 29th @ 13.50 we purchased Hake & Chips plus Hake/Calamari & chips plus Calamari & chips.<br> What we got was not the white flakey fish one associates with Hake ( This is what we get at our local fish shop on Fridays).<br> What was given was a \hard"& chewy side of fish that had bones in the middle ( between each section of flesh).<br> The Calamari was also hard & chewy.<br> When I addressed this with George"
