Substandard food

Today we drove all the way to kalkies we waited in the queue for 30 min , waited another hour after order was placed. Food really substandarded ,the calamari was chewy ,the prawns were dry and rubbery ,we were given six samoosas ,given in lieu of the long wait grateful for this but also substandard . REALLY DISAPPOINTING ! U going 2 hve 2 up your standard
