RAM replaced from 16 GB to 4 GB :-(

I have always been a good customer of the Khalifa brand. However I poured water on my laptop and it couldn't start. I took it to Khalifa and they fixed it after a week. However, the laptop was extremely slow and it kept crushing. When I checked the RAM, it had been reduced from 16 GB to 4 GB. When I took it back they offered to reinstall my 16 GB RAM for another extra R 1000. That's Khalifa for you. Very disappointed :-(
