Integrity and great service!

I was in the difficult position of helping an aged family member sell a property. There were many complexities around the property and the sale. Manie was excellent. He provided sound advice and support and went the extra mile. I never had to phone him and follow-up. The property was also standing empty for a while and Manie even checked in at the property regularly to make sure all was in order and the fish in the pond were fed. Everything was done as discussed and he provided me feedback on a regular basis. He provided support through the long process of having the previous renters vacate, registering drawing plans, the electrical clearance certificate, repairs and so forth. All of this for months prior to even being able to list the property.
