MISCOMMUNICATION AND RUDENESS FROM THEIR WHATSAPP TEAM

since Friday 06/04/2018 I have trying to contact Kalapeng Pharmacy at Mamelodi Crossing on this number ********** , that is the number I got from Google. The whole day on Saturday be I wanted to ask if the doctor was available but the phone was not being answers. The following day Sunday in the morning I saw the Kalapeng van passing by and wrote down their number ********** and called at 09:08 and the lady told that the pharmacy opens at 09:00 and i told her that I have been calling since Friday and she said she is sure that the pharmacy is open, I then asked for the whatsapp number and she gave me. I send a message via whatsapp at 09:24 asking if the doctor was available and at 13:10 I got a reply saying she already knocked off....I then asked why their line is not going through and I was told that ********** is down and Telkom is working on fixing it, try ********** I then asked but why aren't customers being told about the alternative number and I also said that I will be lodging a complaint and I will write a review on hello peter AND THE RESPOND I GOT WAS "LOL"..........
