Bad customer service

I went (10.04.2018) to the store after being at the doctor to get my prescribed medication. The Pharmacist greeted he started putting the prescription into the system then another Pharmacist came to his screen and told him he captured a wrong medicine. He continued finished the transactions I paid for the levy and he just gave me the medication without even bothering to explain anything to me about the meds. I went back the following day (11.04.2018) to get another set of medication and this is after I was at the doc asking him about the meds that did not make sense he then told me they gave me something similar to what he prescribed. But were'nt your Pharmacist supposed to tell me this? Us this the right representation of your company? What if I cannot read or understand the medication instruction(s) pasted on the medications, then what? Customer service of this store is so bad, it' s so embarassing for a huge brand like yours.
