Bad Customer seevice
I went in at block L crossing to purchase gaviscon, I went in to Kalapeng pharmacy, and meet up with the gentle man along the shields coming from the other site where they provide strong prescriptions. I asked him where can I get gavescon, he showed me at the pay point, where he was also head on to. Arriving there I asked the lady sitting behind the till, the price for the size cause from where I was standing the price were not clear to see. And she responded " the small gavescon is R89, and I asked how much is the big bottle, she responded "the price just goes higher, I asked again, the same question and the gentle man next to her whom I met along the shelf said, what are you looking for, he was there when I asked all those question. I said the same question again, and he responded the price range from R89 - R365. All I wanted to know was the price of a small, big and bigger bottle, from all this answers, they were not clear. And the fan by thing they turn to each other and conversed in the presence of a customer (me) and I just turn away, I felt like I am a beg for something and not to buy, I really felt humiliated. I didn't even look at their names, not even see their name tags. Am not happy about this, I don't know wether was because of how I wore, or I was disturbing their conversation because I bought there more than once, and this was first time.
