No service delivery

I got bumped by a car 2006 june and since then kalamore have been dealing with my case but my problem is that they keep on changing or fireing staff which make it delay my case becouse ever since I have been with them they have fired about four people already which all have handled my case and nothing has been done but most of all they don't update or make follow ups with me instead am the one who has to force information out of them now am in tertary and struggling to pay my varsity fees meanwhile kalamore attany's are sitting with my documents and not corresponding.acouple of weeks I called them but the person who aswered the phone said she knows nothing about my case and the new person who is incharge is on leave. Please help me <br>
