Pathetic service at Kalahari eiendomme, Upington

Kalahari Eiendomme, Upington don't even deserves a one star. The owner Annetjie Viljoen doesn't answer any of my questions about the rent (she will talkt to the tenat is all answer) or comply with my legal representatives letters. They rent out my house for a 24 month period. I didn't received 5 months rent from the agency. When the tenant evict the house after his contract expire I struggle with the agency owner, Annetjie Viljoen to come and do the inspection. The garden was totally ruined by their dog. The electronic irrigation wiring and pipes were chewed off. Al the damage repairs were more than R30 000. The rent arrears a total of R52 000. The deposit is still at the agent.
