Kalahari Eiendomme

I rented my house out via Kalahari Eiendomme in Upington***)From day one I had to phone after them for my rent money.When they suppose to pay me out on the 15th of every month,I received my money from the 17th to the 20th.I also have to phone after them.They never check up on the tenant.I rented my home out with them for 2 years and the only inspected the home 3 times.When they started,after 15 months(I had to write 20 e-mails for that to happen) and 2 weeks ago after I cancel the lease agreement.The tenant left my home in a terrible state.Yard and home extremely dirty.She did not pay half a month rent(with their approval) and left my water and light account block and in arrears of R1100.I have send the agent,Mario***) e-mails and whatsup aswell as the Owner Annetjie***).They do not respond.I told them my water and light account is block.No response.I payed this company nearly R12000 in fees for 2 years and received the ****test service.There service suck .How can I get my money owed to me and get my property fixed which they were suppose to look after
