Xbox One bundle worth R 9 935 missing components

Order ***.<br> <br> I received my order on last Friday (2015/03/27). When I got home I found that 3 physical games was not packaged, the extra controller was not packaged. I contacted Kalahari and spoke to Megan. She found out that it was a warehouse problem that had packaged the bundle incorrectly. She initially wanted me to pack it all up and send it back but I complained about this as it would delay me even after this massive ***** up. So she then liaised with the peers / superiors and they decided I could keep the console and they would contact me on Monday (2015/03/30) to discuss further. I am still waiting. This is not chump change where I spent R 50. I had to save for this and I get treated this way. Be warned about shopping at Kalahari.
