WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I previously order a product from Kalahari which they only told me a month later was out of stock. Now about 6 months later I went back and on the website it shows that they definitely have stock. II wanted to 2 but they indicated they have 1 for me. So I ordered and paid for the product along with others. Today I was concerned that I did not receive an email confirmation for my order. So I phoned the call centre. A very nice lady assisted me and I ask if she can check for me what items they have received. The reason I want to check for this specific product that I previously did not receive, the most important item on the list. She then informed me that they could not find stock yet again!!! Looking into my order not only this one product but also 2 others shows out of stock. If I did not contact them yet again I would have not even heard about it. The call got disconnected. I phoned back and a very very rude gentleman assisted and said \yes well what can we do". Nice response after you sell me a product under false pretences and take my money.!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!"""
