Worst Service Ever !!!

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from [URL Removed] in July 2014 and in January 2015 the vacuum cleaner started giving issues. I contacted [URL Removed] on the 15/01/2015 and spoke to Junaid who assisted in logging a return request. Junaid advised that the courier company would pick up the vacuum cleaner on the 19/01/2015 in order for [URL Removed] to assess. I was given a reference number a***. The vacuum cleaner up to date has not been collected. I contacted [URL Removed] again on the 20/01/2015 and spoke to Wardah Rossouw who said that the courier company collected the wrong package from a different client instead of collecting my package ( what nonsense ). Wardha then sent me an email advising that she cannot advise when the parcel will be collecting. I am very disappointing with the after service from [URL Removed] I will never purchase from [URL Removed] again.
