What a horrible SA Online store

I thought Kalahari was a decent online store before... I ordered one or two things and it came in a couple of days... That was good for me.. I have since found out that there are online stores that deliver far quicker and at least they deliver what I ordered. I ordered a camping toilet. Kalahari delivered the wrong one and took nearly 6 weeks to do so. I called in, told them the problem and asked them to get it right the second time. I was assured by the call centre person it would... I was particular to list the nature of the problem. No one at Kalahari or their suppliers bothered to seemingly read it, cause they sent me the same incorrect product a second time. Come on... you can't be that ***********. Please read my return comments on the order and you will hopefully realize the problem. I don't want a refund... I want what I ordered and paid for. I was a supporter of Kalahari, however I am confidently opposed to people shopping at Kalahari. I ordered this in January... It is the end of March. Please don't make we wait weeks again for you to HOPEFULLY get it right. My heading says \Horrible online store"cause it has been a horror dealing with you this last 3 months."""
