Waiting since 17 December 2014 for Parcel

Dear All<br> <br> I have ordered a CD from Kalahari on the 17th of December to give to someone for a Christmas gift. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of December. After calling Kalahari on the day, they gave me the Courier Company details. The Company were under the impression it was delivered already and would have called me back which never happened. On the 23rd of December I get a call to say that they are at the address (Johannesburg) I asked. I explained that I have requested specifically that my office will be closed by then and I am not at the address but in Cape Town on holiday. The lady agreed to deliver my parcel the next day in Cape Town. I explained that I will only be in Cape Town until the 25th of December. The package never arrived. On the 31st of December they called me from Cape Town to deliver the package. I asked them to send it back as I emailed Kalahari to complain. After this I have emailed and called numerous times for my money to be retuned as I already bought the CD from a local CD shop. I still haven't received any response from them and are still without my money or package????
