Waiting on refund!

Each time I've ever ordered AND PAID for something It was either broken or not in stock.<br> I've put in 2 requests for cash outs (4days apart for 2 different amounts). Weirdly only the second cash out was paid and not the 1st (which was less than the second btw).<br> Empty apologies and people sitting on their behinds making us clients do the work for them. Telling me I should follow up with the bank instead of them doing anything at all besides send emails.<br> I was told the 1st claim was paid but i never received payment. Why cant I be shown proof of this so called payment? Hoping that because the amount wasn't as much as the second, it now gets pushed aside!<br> Clearly you guys aren't doing alot right based on all the complaints I've seen so far.<br> Both cash outs were meant as presents for my boyfriend and both times I've been disappointed.<br> Please sort this out.<br> You are losing credit amongst your clients at a rapid rate...
