Waiting a month to be told no stock

I ordered a 7 book package off kalahari on the 4th of March 2015. The estimated delivery date was the 20th March 2015. I waited until the 4th of april to contact them as i have heard nothing regarding my order. When i did contact them they advised me that there was no stock left from their supplier. I understand people run out of stock sometimes, but don't advertise a deal when there is none left. I decided i will wait longer and they said they will get back to me regarding more stock... 5 days go by so i decided to contact them myself as feedback is not in their vocabulary. I got told that i have to cancel my order and they will refund me. i asked if they can source a new supplier and get more stock. Apparently not - i have to cancel and order something else. I am so disgusted, i have purchased so many items from them in the past ... never again. I am in the service industry and we don't turn away customers due to stock, we make a plan!!!
