VERY DISORGANISED - SEND INCORRECT PARCEL
I ordered the book, Son of Hamas, on 19 February 2015. On 26 February I received the parcel with a dvd, Your Shape Fitness Evolved. I am definitely not interested in this dvd. I phoned Rhine Khemsley at [URL Removed] Johannesburg who organised that Dawn Wing fetch the parcel. Since then I have not heard from Rhine. Today I send an email and he said he thought he informed me that they don't have the book in stock in Johannesburg and he asked Annette Small, a master data controller to contact me. She can't see on their system if their Cape Town branch has a book available. They don't have any records that they have received the incorrect parcel and cant tell me if I am still going to get the book or not. Very disorganised.
