Useless
Logged a previous complaint re Kalahari assistance. Received quite a number of e-mails that they are going to assist me, they even send Fedex to come collected my Gobii. Now the interesting thing is that I can not find the person responsible for advising what is happening to this Gobii (was collected on 28 March 2015 by Fedex). Fedex in turn advises that it was delivered back to kalahari on 30 March 2015 (Consignment Number ***). No acknowledgement received from Kalahari. Just want to know where is my GOBII???
