They just don't care..as long as you paid them!

A good voucher was presented as a gift to me from a friend.<br> <br> As a good friend who appreciates gifts, i spend the voucher on wonderful things. I bought a foot spa for my wife and some other wonderful gifts for my house. They were all delivered until the only amount left was enough for a stand fan. I decided to buy it for my other friend in Musina due to extreme heat that side. I paid the delivery fee and was told my parcel wi?l be delivered in two to four days period. After a week my parcels were not delivered. I was sent a proof of delivery with an unknown signature and THEY TOLD ME MY GOODS WERE DELIVERED TO ME! Since then I tried so hard to tell them that I haven't received the goods BUT TO DEAF EARS!!! ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND THEY ARE STILL SILENT. I honestly don't know their intentions but I wish them well. EVEN IF THEY TELLME THAT MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, IT HAS NOT! I have never been treated so bad in my life....THEY TRUST THEIR COURIERS MORE THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
