I ordered an e-book and didn't realise that it wasn't compatible with my kindle. My fault entirely. Technologically challenge older generation I guess. One I'd realised my mistake I called the help desk and without any problem they let me reversed the purchase. Delivery of products normally occur even before the expected date. Great company. Great service.
