As per our previous correspondence and the chat we had earlier, this was not an error on our end.
Your payment was received on the date the order was placed, the 16 April 2015 we therefore dispatched your parcel on the 20 April 2015.
As per our terms and conditions, orders are only processed and dispatched once payment has been received.
