selling expired goods

I bought caffitaly hot chocoloate and when they got delivered I saw they where expired. Kalahari collected them first week of january 2015 and said they will get back to me. I am still waiting. My fiance also bought same product after me. Also expired also returned after me and he has got his refund before me. Is this because he is a male? And you think you can ignore me and keep my money. How does this work? I want my product back that is not expired or money back!!!!
