Refund
Kalahari is very quick to take your money out of your account but when you send the goods back and waiting for a refund, you must phone in 30 times, speak to supervisors(who is not even phoning back - Ricardo) been waiting for almost a month now for my refund and still I have to phone everyday!!! My telephone bill has been more than the book by now. This is absolutely BS!!!
