PS4 Not delivered for sons birthday

I ordered the PS4+extra cintoller+camera for my sons 30TH BIRTHDAY TOMORROW 7th. I received an email Monday 2nd notifying me it had been dispatched. But to my horror as to date I am still waiting and after calling their office 7 times and speaking to different consultants I got this \I will call you back to let you know what's happening"even to the calibre of a Manager Lyndsay Williams and GUESS WHAT NO-ONE CALLED BACK. I am now spitting blood as I am sitting like an idiot after spending hours on my cell phone and lots of expense to to me and I am none the wiser and have no answers and more importantly what do you tell your son who is celebrating such an important birthday????? This has to be the worst internet company I have come across and the worse is the consultants say they cannot call the warehouse or anyone who might know and all they can do is emIl and escalate the complaints. Shocking"
