Poorest service
My son wanted a Skylanders character, Wasp. Couldn't find it anywhere. Ordered it on kalahari. As an afterthought, ordered DVD boxset as well. He was out of his skin with excitement, because kalahari delivers within a couple of days. Only to see on receipt, it will be delivered the 22nd of April. Almost 3 weeks later! He was very unhappy , but was still okay. Marked 22nd on tbe calender. Came and gone and nothing came. Phoned and emailed. No feedback. Received email yesterday that it has been dispatched. Told him, so he got excited again. Today parcel arrived. Only the dvds. NO SKYLANDER! Phoned a-gain. Said it is on it's way. Just phoned again. They don't have it in stock... Really? Nobody seems to have any answers. Where is my order?
