Parcel still not received after four promises

I refer to a complaint logged on 25 March 2015.<br> <br> My parcel is still not delivered. After four promises of dates when the parcel will be delivered, and me making sure someone is home the whole day to receive the parcel (I had to move appointments), please make sure you can follow up on such a promise the next time you make one.<br> <br> I have now been waiting 17 days for my parcel. Please follow up and let me know how the problem will be fixed.
