Parcel still not delivered after 16 days

I ordered a parcel on 12 March from [URL Removed] Expected delivery date was 13 March and according to the Kalahari website the parcel was dispatched on 12 March.<br> <br> On 16 March I had not received my parcel and followed up via email. They responded stating the courier company needed more information on my address. I responded with the same address as registered on [URL Removed] and said I had always used the same address and had previous parcels delivered without any problems. They responded saying my parcel would be delivered on 18 March.<br> <br> My parcel was not delivered on 18 March. I followed up with an email explaining the problem and also stating that this was not the first time I had had a problem with Kalahari's client service (after almost a month of following up and complaints, a previous parcel was declared \lost"and all I received as an apology was a credit for the money I had already spent on the product).<br> <br> On 20 March Kalahari phoned me and apologised"
