Pain free returns with Kalahari

I recently bought a blender from Kalahari. It wasn't working so I just filled in a return form - quick & easy. The blender was collected three days earlier than the expected date and it was fuss free & easy with no expense on my part! Within a few short days Kalahari responded to say I will be reimbursed. I was given credit FOUR days QUICKER than they promised & when I ordered a new blender - it arrived 24 hours EARLIER than expected. Ahh Kalahari never disappoints! Great customer service, and fast delivery! :)
