Over a week and no feedback on returned item

Return Number RA*** was requested on the 2 Feb 2015. I have sent 2 follow up emails to Kalahari so far. I was contacted on the 5 Feb telephonically and was told that the courier will fetch the item from me within 24 hours, 5 days have passed since then and I'm still waiting for the courier to pitch. Terrible service from Kalahari's returns department!
