Order cancelled, but I paid same day

I'm dissapointed, I bought 3 items on the 2nd April, 1 was gift for my sister, which I needed on the 11th April, firstly I tried to pay using my bank card online, your system had issues( my bank confirmed) ....so I made an EFT, into an FNB account details provided by [URL Removed] I use FNB , so any EFT to same bank is immidiate, and their website says payment must be made/received within 5 days(I assume its working days). On the 8th April, I checked the status, it says canceled due to non-payment, which was actioned on the 7th April . 8th April is not even 5 days, it was only 3rd working day due to 2 holidays and a Sunday, I sent the proof of payment on Saturday 4th, which is working day, sent it on Friday 3rd as well.....I'm surprised my order is cancelled.....basically this was cancelled in less than 5 days, proof of payment was received actioned a day earlier, but my account still not credited...I'm basically inconvinienced due to your finance taking forever to check your bank statement for payments. Please sort this out, need those goods before weekend.
