Once again, no delivery

I placed an order with Kalahari on 10 March. Dispute the package being handed over to your courier company on the same day and receiving a notice of delivery on the 12th, the package has still not been delivered. I called the call centre on the 16th and the lady I spoke to, said she'll call me back. I'm still waiting for that call... In the last 3 years I have not received a single delivery from Kalahari on time. Your courier service is ruining your reputation, but you people don't seem to care. I vowed never to shop at Kalahari again, but could find what I've ordered nowhere else. In the last 6 months I've made numerous purchases from TakeALot and they ALWAYS deliver on time or a day ahead of schedule. If their courier can do it, why can't yours?! This is the LAST time I ever order anything from Kalahari again!
