Not what it used to be

I placed an order for 3 books on the 12th January 2015. One of which was supposed to be dispatched within 11 working days.<br> <br> I am still waiting for the delivery and it is now the 11th of February.<br> <br> These books are for my studies and I have now lost one month of study time due this delay.<br> <br> I also ordered a book on [URL Removed] which arrived within 24 hours of order placement which is brilliant service.<br> <br> I will no longer be making use of [URL Removed] as this has cost me a lot of study time which I am already short on.<br> <br> I am not surprised that [URL Removed] has taken over the market in on-line sales and I hope that the merger between them and [URL Removed] does not affect their good reputation with issues like the one I experienced with [URL Removed]
