I bought an e-book Hekel vir die lekker on 27/01/2015 and paid R132 for it. I downloaded the e-book but could not open it. I sent several queries to [URL Removed] but without any response. On 11/02/2015 I received an e-mail from [URL Removed] \We'd love to hear your opinion on your latest purchase. Please tell us what you thought on [URL Removed] I rep**** and still no assistance. I am still not able to open the e-book I purchased for R132."
