No feedback!
Please note that this item was collected almost a month ago by your couriers - I want my refund or at least a replacement item or I will need to take legal action - this is ****************!<br> <br> I placed an order for my sons birthday, when he opened the package on his birthday we discovered the item did not work properly. I then did a return request on the 28th January - after numerous calls and emails eventually the courier collected the item on the 5th February 2015. Since then I have had no feedback whatsoever from Kalahari. I have sent numerous emails - I was informed upon receiving the damaged item they will refund me as they do not do replacement items anymore - no refund has taken place!!! This has been a month now! [AC] CRM:***8 - [AC] Original order no was Order number: *** <br> <br> please please can someone get back to me! My five year old son has waited over a month for his birthday present!
